respect of the Company`s 2009 financial year end will be posted out today, 2
July 2009, and contain no modifications to the audited provisional results
published on SENS on 28 May 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held at 10h30 at Mount Edgecombe Country Club on 24 July 2009 at Golf Course
Drive, Gate 2, Mount Edgecombe, Durban.
