RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements shareholders
are informed of the resignation of Mr Shaun Rai as a representative of Cape
Empowerment Trust Limited (CET) on the board of directors of Purple Capital
with effect from 2 July 2009. The board thanks Mr Rai for his contribution
during his time on the board.
