TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Faritec has incurred trading losses for the year
ended 30 June 2009 ("the reporting period") and its financial results will
reflect a loss per share for the reporting period, compared to earnings and
headline earnings per share of 11,3 cents per share for the year ended 30 June
2008.
The company is not yet in a position to give specific guidance with regard to
the precise extent of the loss as required by the JSE Listings Requirements for
a trading statement. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution
when trading in Faritec shares until a further announcement is made.
