Shareholders are advised that CIC`s 2009 annual report, containing the audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2009, is being
dispatched to shareholders today, 3 July 2009 and contains no modifications to
the reviewed results which were published on SENS on Friday, 22 May 2009.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company
will be held at Commercial Investment Corporation (Pty) Limited, corner of Iscor
and Solingen Streets, Northern Industrial Area, Windhoek, on Thursday, 6 August
2009 at 13h00, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the AGM which
forms part of the annual report posted out to shareholders today.
