CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NPK SHARE
INSTALMENT
With reference to the SENS announcement distributed on Friday, 3 July 2009 by
Nampak LTD. Nampak LTD has announced that the 18 cents distribution will be
treated as follows:
- 11.1833 cents (Return of capital)
- 6.8167 cents (Dividend)
The Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust will therefore distribute 11.1833
cents as a capital reduction distribution and 6.8167 cents as a dividend
distribution per NPKNIE share instalment, that is payable on Monday, 13 July
2009.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction was Friday, 3 July 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 6 July 2009
and the record date will be Friday, 10 July 2009.
