Further to the cautionary announcement dated 11 May 2009 and the progress
report released on SENS on 3 June 2009, the board wishes to advise that the
company`s operational, financial and equity restructuring processes are
continuing. Shareholders should therefore continue to exercise caution until
a further announcement is released. Regular updates on the restructuring
processes will be released on SENS in the interim.
