RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 27 May 2009, shareholders are
hereby advised that the forensic investigation regarding the irregular
transaction in the bank account of TCS is still in progress. The findings of the
forensic investigation will be made available to the board of directors and to
all shareholders once the forensic report has been finalised.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
