RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Gold Reef held
at 10h00 on Wednesday, 8 July 2009, all resolutions proposed in the notice to
shareholders dated 8 June 2009, except resolution 2 proposing MKrok`s re-
appointment as a director, which was not voted on due to his resignation prior
to the annual general meeting, were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
