DIVIDEND FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT ON SATRIX 40 ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES -

Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SATRIX 40, as a result
of the dividend declaration, SATRIX 40 (STX40) Share Instalment will be paying a
dividend amount of 7.44 cents per STXIDC share instalment that is payable on
Tuesday, 14 July 2009. The last day to trade cum dividend was Friday, 19 June
2009. The share instalment traded ex dividend on Monday, 22 June 2009 and the
record date was Friday, 26 June 2009.
