RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr. Glenn Geldenhuis has resigned as an executive
director of the Company with effect from 1 August 2009. A new reporting
structure will be announced in due course.
The CEO, Mr. Derek Tod, thanked Mr. Geldenhuis for his contribution to the
Company over the past three years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
