Shareholders are advised that Super Group has received an approach regarding a
potential transaction which, if implemented, may have a material effect on the
price of Super Group`s securities.
This cautionary announcement is in addition to the cautionary announcement
regarding the proposed restructure and rights offer, which was the subject of
the cautionary announcement published on 18 March 2009 and renewed on 28 May
2009 and 10 July 2009, as well as the announcement regarding the potential
disposal of the Autozone and Mica businesses published on 28 May 2009 and
renewed on 10 July 2009.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in Super Group`s securities until a full announcement is made.
