shareholders are advised that the TWP Holdings annual report for the 12 months
ended 28 February 2009 was posted today and contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published reviewed results.
Annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of TWP Holdings will
be held at The Country Club Johannesburg, 1 Napier Road, Auckland Park,
Johannesburg on Thursday, 6 August 2009 at 15h00, to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual
