RESIGNATIONS OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Nampak reports the resignation with effect from 29 July 2009 of Michael Katz as
a non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration and
Nominations Committee and Buddy Hawton as a non-executive director and member of
the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. Michael Katz and Buddy Hawton have
been directors of long standing and the board thanks them for their valuable
services.
A further announcement will be made in due course in regard to the appointment
of additional non-executive directors and committee members.
