DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made
to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities in respect of the quarter ended 30 June
2009.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 30.67 cents per PropTrax SAPY security, constituted as
follows:
- 23.30 cents in respect of dividends;
- 0.30 cents in respect of interest; and
- 7.07 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured
dividends;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY Securities recorded in the register
on 26 June 2009; and
- be effected on 20 July 2009.
