RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the KWVI general meeting held on Thursday, 16
July 2009, the special resolution contained in the circular to KWVI shareholders
dated 22 June 2009 to change the name of KWVI to Capevin Investments Limited,
has been approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will now be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration. A finalisation announcement
confirming the registration of the special resolution will be made on Thursday,
30 July 2009.
