concluded, may have an effect on the price at which the company`s securities
trade on the JSE Limited.
The negotiations may or may not lead to an offer being made for Absolute
Holdings Limited. Accordingly, Absolute shareholders are advised to exercise
caution when dealing in their Absolute shares until a further announcement is
made.
