RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Protech shareholders was held on Monday, 20 July
2009. All the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution as set out in the
notice of annual general meeting to shareholders dated 8 May 2009, were approved
by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolution will be lodged
with the Registrar of Companies in due course for registration.
