The undermentioned announcement is published in compliance with paragraph 3.59
of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited.
The Board of Netcare wishes to announce the resignation of Mrs. Ingrid Davis as
pharmacy director with effect from 31 December 2009.
Mrs. Davis has decided for personal and family reasons to relocate to the United
States in 2010.
Mrs. Davis was appointed as pharmacy director of Netcare on 6 November 1999. The
Board wishes to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mrs. Davis for
her dedication and outstanding contribution to the development and growth of
Netcare and the pharmacy profession within the group.
