Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 18 June 2009 and
the trading statement released on SENS on 20 July 2009, shareholders are
advised that the Group is still in discussions regarding a restructuring
program and the potential disposal of non-core assets.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
trading in their shares until a further announcement is made.
