Board Subcommittee Reconstitutions
At a Central Rand Gold Limited Board meeting held on July 20, 2009, two Board
Subcommittees were reconstituted as follows:
- Mr Michael McMahon, independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed
as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. The other members of the
Committee are independent Non Executive Directors Mr Robert Kirkby, Mr
Nicholas Farr-Jones and Mr Miklos Salamon; and
- Mr Nicholas Farr-Jones, independent Non-executive Director, has been
appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. The other members
of the Committee are independent Non Executive Directors Mr Robert Kirkby,
Mr Miklos Salamon, Mr Alastair Walton and Mr Michael McMahon.
The membership of the Nominations Committee and Technical, Health, Safety and
Environment Committee remains unchanged.
