CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE
In terms of Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Professor Gill Marcus has tendered her resignation
from the Board of Gold Fields Limited, with effect from 20 July 2009.This
follows her appointment as Governor of the South African Reserve Bank from 9
November 2009.
The Board thanks Professor Marcus for the significant contribution she has made
to the affairs of Gold Fields since her appointment in 2007 and wishes her every
success.
