APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors of Verimark ("Board") is pleased to announce
that Mr Mike Warwick has been appointed as Financial Director of the Board with
immediate effect in place of Mr Siegfried Preller who temporarily assumed the
role of Financial Director on 2 June 2009.
Siegfried has resigned as director with immediate effect but will continue to
act as the Company Secretary of Verimark.
Mike is a Chartered Accountant with 10 years` post qualifying experience. Mike
brings with him a number of years experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods
and retail sectors, having worked in various senior financial roles within the
industry.
