Share certificates may not be dematerialised/rematerialised between Monday, 24
August 2009 and Friday, 28 August 2009, both days inclusive.
The dividend has been kept at a similar level to the prior year in order for the
Company to utilise cash for expansion and growth in projects and resultant
earnings.
