Results of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting ("the meeting") of
Cipla Medpro shareholders held today, all the resolutions were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders present and represented by proxy, except for
ordinary resolution 2, relating to the general authority to issue shares for
cash, which was withdrawn prior to the commencement of the meeting.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
