TRADING STATEMENT
Capital anticipates that the distribution per unit for the six months ended 30
June 2009 will be between 14% and 15% higher than for the six months ended 30
June 2008.
The financial results on which this trading statement is based have not been
reviewed or reported on by Capital`s auditors. The interim financial results
announcement will be published on or about 6 August 2009.
