CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of EOH hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Pumeza
Bam has been appointed as an executive director of the company with effect from
15 July 2009.
Pumeza will assume the responsibility of Human Resources Director for the EOH
group of companies. Pumeza has over 15 years` experience in Human Resources in
the Public Sector, Education, Financial Services and Information Technology
sectors.
