The company wishes to announce the appointment of messrs Jan Mouton, Chris Otto
(financial director), Khutso Mampeule and Abrie Botha to its board of directors.
Subsequent to their appointment messrs Pieter Hugo, Danie de Wet, Thys Loubser
and Emil Bohme resigned from the board. The new chairman of the board is Mr
Khutso Mampeule.
The change of directors is a consequence of the unbundling process upon which
the KWV group recently embarked, and will not affect the status of the company
or its assets."
