APPOINTMENT OF CO-COMPANY SECRETARY
Gold One, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited and as required in terms of ASX Listing Rule 3.16, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Kellie Pickering as co-company secretary responsible
for the Gold One Australian operations, with effect from Tuesday, 21 July 2009.
Kellie joined Gold One as the Group Manager of Accounting and Finance in January
2008, and has previously held senior finance positions in a wide range of
industries in Sydney and London. Kellie qualified as a chartered accountant in
1999. The board is satisfied that Kellie has the requisite qualifications and
experience to fulfill this role.
Pierre Kruger will continue as company secretary of the Gold One group and
remains responsible for Gold One South African operations.
