Shareholders are advised that all resolutions proposed at the general meeting of
ERM held on Friday, 24 July 2009, were passed by the requisite majorities of
shareholders.
Shareholders are reminded that the offer closes on Friday 7 August 2009, and
that ERM will be delisted from the JSE list on Wednesday, 12 August 2009.
Shareholders not accepting the offer will remain shareholders in an unlisted
company
