RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Primeserv shareholders was held on Friday, 24 July
2009. All the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution as set out in the
notice of annual general meeting to shareholders, dated 19 June 2009, were
approved unanimously by the shareholders. The special resolution will be
submitted for registration at the Registrar of Companies in due course.
