RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of MICROmega held at
10:00 on Friday, 24 July 2009, all the ordinary and special resolutions, as
proposed in the notice to the Annual General Meeting, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
