DECLARED INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON REDEFINE INCOME FUND LIMITED HOT
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("RDFIHB")
The Directors of Redefine Income Fund Limited have declared an interest
distribution of 18 cents payable on Monday, 3 August 2009 to ordinary holders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 31 July
2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities, RDFIHB
will receive a Redefine Income Fund Limited interest distribution of 18 cents
per security on, Monday, 3 August 2009 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the interest distribution) in order to participate
in the debenture interest distribution will be Friday, 24 July 2009.
RDFIHB Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the interest
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 27 July 2009, and the
record date will be Friday, 31 July 2009.
