RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Steven Evans has resigned as financial
director. Steven will leave the group on 31 August 2009.
The position of financial director of Mix will be assumed by Anthony Welton,
currently a non-executive director and chair of Mix`s audit committee, with
immediate effect and pending a permanent appointment to this position.
The board thanks Steven for his contribution and wishes him all the best for the
future.
