CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors of African Brick wish to inform shareholders
that Mr Dawid Mostert has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director and
Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from Friday 24 July 2009.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Mostert for his efforts and valuable contribution
to the Board.
