RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Sanyati advises that, at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders
held today, all the resolutions as set out in the notice of the annual general
meeting, contained in the company`s annual report, were duly approved by the
requisite majority. The special resolutions will be submitted to CIPRO for
registration.
