CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Marc Krause has resigned as Financial Director of
Sanyati with effect from 31 July 2009, in order to pursue other interests. The
Board wishes to thank Marc for his valued contributions to Sanyati and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
The board also has the pleasure of announcing the appointment of John Deeb as
Chief Financial Officer of the Sanyati Group, with effect from 1 August 2009.
John qualified as a chartered accountant in 1986. He gained exposure to the
construction industry at Murray and Roberts, where he reached the position of
Group Financial Controller in 2001 and became a director of Murray & Roberts
International Ltd. He joined ADvTECH Ltd in 2004 and held positions as Group
Financial Director, CEO of the Tertiary Division and finally Group Commercial
Director of ADvTECH.
