CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mutual & Federal shareholders are advised of the following appointments to
the board of directors with immediate effect:
- Mrs D Loxton has been appointed as financial director of Mutual & Federal;
and
- Mr M Harper and Mr G Cookman have been appointed as non-executive directors
of Mutual & Federal.
