RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the renewal of cautionary announcement released on SENS on
Wednesday, 17 June 2009, shareholders are advised that the Company is still in
negotiations with China National Geological and Mining (HK) Limited, which if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the
Company`s shares. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s shares until a full
announcement is made.
