Shareholders are advised that Stephanus Daniel Jansen van Rensburg has been
appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Faritec with effect from 1 August 2009.
Chris Jardine, who as an interim measure was appointed as Executive Chairman,
will resume his role as a Non-Executive Chairman.
