NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Buildmax`s annual report, incorporating the
audited results for the financial year ended 28 February 2009, was dispatched
today and contains no changes from the audited results which were published on
SENS on 15 May 2009.
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for Buildmax
members, which will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, 25 August 2009 at Peregrine
Building, 6A Sandown Valley Crescent, Sandton.
