REGISTRATION OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION AND NAME CHANGE
Shareholders are advised that the special resolution which was approved by KWVI
shareholders at the general meeting held on 16 July 2009 to change the name of
KWVI to Capevin Investments Limited, has been registered with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office and accordingly all conditions
precedent have been fulfilled.
The salient dates and times as detailed in the announcement released on SENS on
Thursday, 16 July 2009, remain unchanged.
Shareholders are reminded that the name change will be effective from Friday, 7
August 2009.
