CORRECTION TO ERBACONS`S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT
Erbacon shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement made by Erbacon on
Monday, 27 July 2009, regarding the results of its Annual General Meeting, held
Friday, 24 July 2009.
Shareholders should note that the modification made to ordinary resolution
number 1, regarding the 5% limitation on shares placed under the control of the
directors of the Company, relates to the authorised but unissued shares of the
Company, and not the issued shares as stated in the aforementioned announcement.
