REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the twenty-sixth annual general meeting of the shareholders of Medi-Clinic
held today, 30 July 2009, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all
the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed at the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due
course.
