Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 28 February 2009 posted on 31 July 2009 are unchanged from the
reviewed condensed consolidated results which were released on SENS on 19 May
2009.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Stefanutti Stocks
will be held at the company`s offices, Monaco Training Room, No 9 Palala
Street, Protec Park, Cnr Zuurfontein & Oranjerivier Drive, Kempton Park on
Thursday, 27 August 2009 at 12:00. The notice of annual general meeting is
issued with the annual report, which contains the audited annual financial
statements of Stefanutti Stocks for the year ended 28 February 2009.
