DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KIO SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for KUMBA IRON ORE
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to KUMBA IRON
ORE LIMITED (KIO) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 720 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday, 24
August 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 14 August 2009. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 17 August 2009, the
record date will be Friday, 21 August 2009.
