NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report containing audited financial statements for the Company for
the year ended 28 February 2009 has been posted to shareholders on Monday, 3
August 2009. There has been no change from the audited results for the year
ended 28 February 2009, released on SENS on 6 May 2009 and published in the
press on 7 May 2009 and the annual report. The annual financial statements were
audited by the Company`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche and their report is
available for inspection at Adcorp`s registered office.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the Company,
which will be held at 09h00 on Wednesday, 26 August 2009 at Block A, 28 on
Sloane, Sloane Street, Bryanston, Johannesburg.
