Requirements (par. 3.59(b)), that Ms.Raisibe Morathi has resigned as an Non-
Executive director from the board of Santam Limited with effect from 4 August
2009 to pursue other interests. The Santam Board wishes to thank Raisibe for
her significant contribution to Santam and bid her well for her future
endeavours
