NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO THE LAW AND GRAND-DUCAL REGULATION OF 11 JANUARY 2008
ON TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR ISSUERS OF SECURITIES
Pursuant to the law and the Grand-Ducal regulation of 11 January 2008 on
transparency requirements for issuers of securities (referred to as "the
Transparency Law" and "the Transparency Regulation"), the Company is obliged to
provide ongoing and periodic information to the public and the Luxembourg
authorities. Such regulated information includes information on major
shareholdings. A notification regime exists for when certain thresholds are
crossed.
Notice is hereby given that on 27 July 2009, the shareholder Legg Mason Inc`s
aggregate voting rights, (whose voting rights are exercised by Royce &
Associates LLC,), as a result of a disposal of voting rights, went below the 5%
threshold of voting rights in the Company. Previously, on 24 July 2009, the
total was 5.49% equaling a number of 6,065,098 voting rights. No change in the
Company`s total number of voting rights and capital has taken place.
