RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr JG Pretorius has retired as an independent non-
executive director of Omnia, effective 23 October 2009.
Mr Pretorius, 73, has served on the Omnia Board of Directors ("the Board") since
1987, and the Company has benefited greatly over the last 22 years from his
dedication and expertise.
The Board thanks Mr Pretorius for his invaluable contribution to the Company,
and wishes him well in his well-deserved retirement.
