Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above STXIRQ, Barrier Put Warrants
(REVS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of R21.70
in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Thursday, 30 July 2009 the
abovementioned Barrier Put Warrant (REVS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represented by the number of REVS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of 26.00
over the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average Price ("VWAP") of the
Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the Termination Date.
This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP 31 July 2009= 2165.921 cents
The VWAP on 3 August 2009 = 2219.71cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 2192.816cents
Rebate payment of 407.1845 cents
Holders will receive R4.071845 for every warrant held
